16: How To Manifest Becoming a Bestselling Author - Step Three - Embodiment

PART 3/5: A Mini Manifestation Series


I want to preface this by saying: even though I have a step-by-step manifestation formula, the actual act of manifesting is the easiest thing in the world—once you learn how to embody it in your everyday life.


And that’s what we’re talking about today: matching the vibe of our visions and living as if they’re already here. This is about tuning your energy so completely that your manifestation has no choice but to be drawn into your reality.

Manifestation Formula Recap

Let’s quickly revisit where we’ve been so far:


Step One – Define. We set intentions with detail and passion. We got really f**king clear on what we’re calling in—our author era. We painted it in full colour: what it looks like, what it feels like, how success impacts every area of life from lifestyle to relationships to money to health. We even imagined the scent of books at our first record-breaking signing.


Step Two – Release. We dug up and dismantled the blocks holding us back. We called out untruths, rewrote them with beliefs that actually support the author life we’re building, and started rewiring our minds.


Now, it’s time to step into the energy of already having it—because to attract a manifestation, you need to vibrate at its level.


The Science of Manifestation

If you’re still side-eyeing the whole “manifestation” thing and thinking it’s pure woo, let me reassure you: there’s science here too.


The Reticular Activating System (RAS). The RAS is your brain’s information filter. Out of the endless data your senses pick up each day, it decides what’s worth your conscious attention. When you get crystal clear on a goal, your RAS starts flagging information that supports it. (Think of how, when you want a certain car, you suddenly see it everywhere.)


The Power of Belief. Neuroscience shows that our brains shape our perceptions and behaviours. When you believe something is possible, you shift how you think, act, and show up—which changes your results.


Neuroplasticity. Your brain can create new neural pathways at any time. When you did Step Two, you literally rewired your brain. That’s how habits, thoughts, and behaviours change to align with what you desire.


Quantum Physics. Everything is energy—including you and your desires. Your thoughts and emotions each have a frequency, and like attracts like. Matching the frequency of what you want pulls it toward you.


Examples of Frequencies

Picture this: walking into the lobby of a 5-star London hotel feels wildly different to walking into a backpackers or even a 3-star.


If we were to put a number on it, the 5-star might be a 10/10 on the energy scale, a 3-star could be a 5/10, and the backpackers maybe a 3/10.


Your dream of becoming a bestselling author? That’s a solid 10/10. If you’re operating day-to-day at a 5/10, you’re not yet a match. Energy responds to equal energy.


Another example—those days where it all snowballs: you oversleep, spill coffee on your outfit, feel frustrated, hit a writing block, then get irrationally annoyed that your partner forgot to defrost dinner. The mood builds, the energy drops, and the day spirals.


But if you’d started the day differently—no snoozing, coffee in hand, outfit intact—the whole thing would have unfolded in another energy entirely.


That’s frequency. And you can choose to change it at any moment.


Why I Don’t Buy Into Being “High-Vibe” All the Time

We’re human. That means feeling the whole emotional spectrum. And trying to force yourself into constant “high-vibe” mode is actually out of alignment.


Low-energy days are part of life and pretending they don’t exist only pushes your desire further away. The key is discernment: knowing when you need to honour your feelings with a couch-and-Netflix day, and when it’s time to give yourself a nudge and shift your state.


One belief I hold that takes the pressure off? I’m always manifesting. Even on my worst days, my desires are still coming toward me.


My Favourite Tools to Increase Frequency

Meditation & Visualisation. This is manifestation magic. Step into the reality where your desire already exists: feel the weight of your book, the rush of pride, the joy of holding it in your hands. Embodiment. Ask yourself: if my dream were already here, how would I be acting? Then… do that. Wear the fierce, fiery pantsuit your future author self would love. Treat your writing time as sacred, just as you would if this were already your full-time job.


Other Ways to Raise Your Vibe

  • Dance around your living room.

  • Get out in nature.

  • Spend time with people who light you up.

  • Essentially, anything that fills your cup and brings you joy


Because the truth is, energy shifts are available at any moment. And the more you embody your dream now, the faster it shows up.


Epilogue

Embodying your dream isn’t about waiting for “someday.” It’s about living as if your dream is already here, now. The more you lean into that energy, the more magnetic you become to the opportunities, people, and experiences that will carry you toward your bestseller moment.


Remember, it’s not about perfection or being high-vibe 24/7. It’s about awareness, alignment, and showing up in a way that says, this is already mine.
