WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
COURSES/DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our courses and digital products are a lifetime access product and as such are not valid for any refunds or cancellations.
COACHING PACKAGES
All coaching packages are non-refundable and cannot be applied to cancellations. Please ensure you review your booking carefully before purchase.
WHAT ARE YOUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS?
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Renee Ella provides coaching, mentoring, and creative resources as outlined in your chosen package or session plan. Any additional work or services beyond the agreed scope will be discussed separately and may incur extra charges.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for all services, including coaching packages and resource bundles, is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. Payment confirms your booking and your acceptance of these terms.
CONFIDENTIALITY
I deeply respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal and business information. Nothing you share with me will be disclosed without your explicit consent.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide timely information, feedback, and access to any necessary platforms or materials to help keep our work together on track. Collaboration is key — delays in your input may affect timelines and could lead to additional fees.
OWNERSHIP OF WORK
Once full payment is received, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for you. I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work samples in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
TESTIMONIALS AND FEEDBACK
By submitting any testimonials, reviews, or feedback (written, audio, or visual), you grant me permission to use, reproduce, and share this content publicly across all platforms and marketing materials without needing further approval or notification.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Rescheduling and cancellation policies vary by service and are detailed in your specific service agreement (e.g., coaching packages, 1:1 sessions, workbook purchases).
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, or technical issues.
